Distinguished Faculty to Explore Data Services for SOA, WOA and Cloud Computing at Silicon Valley Event
DataServices World Conference Puts Spotlight on Future of Enterprise and Web Data
DataServices World is a tech conference with a focus on data services for service-oriented architecture (SOA), web-oriented architecture (WOA) and cloud computing environments. It explores enterprise and Internet computing technologies that enable us to operate with SQL, XML and disparate data sources. The conference presents architectures and solutions for building robust applications and services for transaction processing, information integration, application integration, business intelligence, customer relationship management, Internet commerce, social networking and other purposes.
DataServices World runs November 20 as one of four co-located conferences at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, California. Running concurrently with DataServices World are SOAWorld 2008, Cloud Computing Expo and Virtualization Conference.
The DataServices World faculty includes an ACM Fellow who's been selected as one of the top 50 most influential computer scientists. The speaker lineup also includes an SOA authority who plays an integral role in Yahoo's cloud computing initiative and the architects of data services software from IBM and Adobe. The conference program examines the data services layer, data modeling, data services for cloud computing environments, machine intelligence, authorization and authentication for data services, LiveCycle Data Services and Universal Services for creating XML end-to-end applications. Besides individual presentations by expert instructors, the program includes a panel discussion and a data access and data services workshop.
